Special conditions of sale
1 – Information:
Despite all the care taken in developing this site, errors or omissions
may have escaped our vigilance. We thank you in advance for your
understanding. In case of doubt or if you would like further details, do not hesitate
to contact us by telephone.
This site is not a contractual document, in all cases the prices and conditions of the published programs will be confirmed to you
upon registration and only the sales contract, acting as an invoice, which will then be
established will prevail. 2 – Registration and payment:
Any registration implies the payment, as a deposit by the customer, of a sum
equal to 30% of the price of the trip. Unless otherwise specified in the
program or during registration, the balance is paid 45 days before the
departure date.
A customer who has not paid the sum by this agreed date is considered
to have cancelled his trip without being able to claim this cancellation.
In the event of a reservation made less than 30 days before departure, the full payment of the service may be
requested.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Prices are established inclusive of tax in euros and are per person.
3 – Complaints:
Any complaint for non-performance or poor performance of the travel contract must
be reported to us during the trip. We will offer you a solution. Any subsequent claim must be sent to us within 30 days of the return date, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by supporting documents. After this 30-day period, the request will be considered inadmissible.
4 – Cancellation by the customer:
Any cancellation by the customer will result in Indigo Tourisme en Guinée collecting the following compensation (percentage of the total price of the trip):
up to 45 days before departure: 30%
from 44 to 15 days before departure: 60%
from 14 to 8 days before departure: 80%
less than 8 days before departure and no-show at the times and places
mentioned in the travel documents: 100%
Indigo Tourisme en Guinée cannot be held responsible for cancellations by the customer. Any trip interrupted or shortened, or any service not consumed, due to the
participant for any reason whatsoever does not give rise to any reimbursement.
5 – Cancellation or modifications due to the organizer
In the event that the trip and stay are modified on essential elements by
the organizing agency, or if they are canceled due to circumstances that are not attributable to
the organizing agency, the customer may terminate his reservation by obtaining a refund of all sums paid without prejudice to recourse for
compensation for any damages suffered. However, if he decides to participate in the
modified trip, he thereby waives any claim against the travel agent
concerning the modifications made to the trip.
The customer will not be able to claim any compensation if the cancellation of the trip:
is imposed by circumstances of force majeure for reasons relating to the safety of travelers. is due to a deficiency of one of our service providers
is determined by weather conditions
intervenes for insufficient number of participants 21 days before departure and
beyond.
6 – Changes requested by the customer:
During each cruise, tour or entertainment, minor changes
may be requested by the customer. Indigo Tourisme en Guinée reserves the right
to accept and take them into account. An invoicing of the additional cost
may be proposed.
7 – Liability:
Our liability as a travel organizer may be limited by that of
its own service providers according to their national law, or by the application of
international conventions. We cannot be held responsible for changes
to schedules or itineraries, change of airport on return, cancellation,
poor execution or modification of part of the program caused by external
events such as strikes, technical incidents, air overloads, bad weather, epidemics, change of flight, unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a
third party unrelated to the provision of the services provided for in the contract, decision of the
authorities of the countries visited or force majeure. We may be required to
substitute a hotel, a means of transport, a boat for another, change a
room category for another, take a different itinerary from the one
programmed or cancel certain excursions or visits, this when circumstances
force us to do so, and in the event of overbooking by hoteliers during certain periods of
high season, in compliance with the provisions recalled in our General Terms and Conditions of
Sale. These changes will not give rise to compensation.
However, if the services actually provided are at a lower price for the
trip organizers, the overpayment will be refunded to the participant upon their return.
It may happen, for reasons relating to the period, attendance or
decisions by hoteliers on site, that there is an insufficient number of equipment at the
places of stay or that certain activities are suspended. We will not be
in any way responsible in the event of an incident occurring during services
purchased directly on site by the customer from an external service provider. 8 – Warning:
Indigo Tourisme en Guinée reserves the right, after agreement of the other participants
or consultation with the group leader, to exclude any customer whose
behavior endangers the group or harms the serenity and smooth running
of the trip. If applicable, no compensation will be due to the persons
concerned.
In the event of a dispute, the Court of Conakry has sole jurisdiction.
9 – Last-minute promotions and sales:
Last-minute promotions are sometimes offered. It is therefore possible
that for an identical trip, certain rates may be different. Customers who have paid
the higher rate will not be able to benefit from a retroactive refund
corresponding to the difference between the price paid and the promotional price.
Discounts cannot be combined with promotions.
10 – Baggage delays:
For any baggage delays due to the airline, the Indigo Tourisme agency
in Guinée cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. It will manage for the
customer, the recovery and routing of luggage wherever the customer is on
Guinean territory but this is at the customer’s expense.
The customer acknowledges having read the conditions of sale of Indigo
Tourisme in Guinea.
