New trips

INDIGO TOURISM and HERITAGE in GUINEA opens on the West African continent.

We will offer you from the opening of the 2024/2025 season in October, a trip from GUINEA to SENEGAL and GAMBIA as well as a combined IVORY COAST-GUINEA.

We wanted to broaden our scope of action to three countries that we know well and where we have reliable and stable partners, who have the same environmental concerns and have long adopted our responsible and solidarity tourism practices.

We have already been working with them for several years on tailor-made trips and they have become friends to whom we will entrust you with complete confidence.

Why countries so different from Guinea, you might ask?

That’s true, but they go well together as soon as we get off the beaten track!

Yes, even in SENEGAL, there are still stories to be experienced far from the well-known places.

How would you like to discover megalithic circles on the banks of the Gambia River? Discover Saint Louis and sail up the Senegal River aboard the legendary Bou El Mogdad, or hike in Bassari and Bedik Country?

Trip to Guinea combined with Senegal:

Monts et Merveilles de Guinée, which from Mali Tensira will take you hiking to meet the Bedik and Bassari tribes, discover the megalithic sites of Gambia, then Sine Saloum.
All itineraries in Guinea are now offered with stays in SENEGAL, with flights from Conakry to Dakar: Casamance, Sine Saloum, the parks of the Langue de Barbarie and Djoudj, Saint Louis, cruise on the Senegal River.
Does that make you dream? We too, it made us dream for a long time before managing to build these new trips that correspond to our values.

This trek in Guinea and Senegal is a real immersion in the traditions of ethnic groups that have kept their culture alive. The great wonder of this trip is also a site of megalithic circles extending over a hundred kilometers along the Gambia River, dating from the 2nd millennium BC to the 17th century. The Siné Saloum will amaze you with its diversity, its thousands of birds. Welcome to the land of Teranga.

Guinea, Ivory Coast

IVORY COAST is an astonishing mix of modernity and tribal and mystical Africa. A must, of course, is the festive « trendy » Abidjan where the pace of life is subject to the #coupé-décalé of the night.

Grand Bassam, a seaside resort nostalgic for its former splendor, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We will then choose to follow the northern coast with its beaches, wild lagoons and small ports before turning due northwest towards the Taï National Park for a total immersion in the forest as part of a solidarity ecotourism project;

Before leaving the country to join Guinea, we will make an incursion around Man, the country with eighteen hills and ancestral lands of the Yacubas with whom we will spend the night

The leitmotif of the Ivorians? Welcome, Akwaba, it’s going to be fine!

An extraordinary journey, if ever there was one!

Two countries with very different destinies where the words that bring them together are « Wontanara », together in Guinean Soussou and « akwaba », welcome to Ivory Coast.

Both equally welcoming, but with very different customs and ethnic groups.

We have chosen to make you discover the forest region in Guinea, with its great myths, its liana bridges, its elephants and its chimpanzees with an exceptional and exclusive immersion in an animist village far from the beaten track, with an internal flight to Nzérékoré.

In Ivory Coast, a little-known region, that of the Yoruba, the coastal national parks and the wild coast, which offers wonderful beaches and forgotten villages. And of course, Grand Bassam and Abidjan.
